British Under 18 Semi Final 2 - top 8 qualify to British U18 Final


This meeting was very much split into 2 groups with the top 7 all looking well in control of their destiny and reaching the final with no real problems.  Jason Hoskins was in imperious form and won with a 15 point maximum whilst Brynmor Johns also justified his 'highly fancied' tag with a rostrum finish.  Behind that pair came two unattached riders, Stevie Crammond and Adam Bridgett, although it wasn't a shock that both qualified with ease.  Carl McKinlay, Ross How and Lee Jessup all made progress with plenty to spare.  The rest of the field were close with Will Stone coming out on top of the pack with a 7 point score which saw him take the last place in the final.  Steve Bechet grabbed the reserve place for the final whilst Craig Leonard finished 10th on 6 points and looked the best of the JJ riders on show.
